Q1. Can I order samples of solar / LED street lights? A: Yes, we glad that you order samples for product quality testing and marketing. Mixed samples are acceptable.But we are not offer free sample ,and you need pay the freight.
Q2. What is the lead time? A: It takes 3-5 days for a small number of samples, 1-2 weeks for mass production, the order quantity is more than 2000 sets, and the specific delivery time needs to be communicated separately.
Q3. What is the MOQ of the order? A: The MOQ depend on which product are you need, regular products we only require MOQ 10PCS. PS: If you want sample order for quality evaluation and market survey, we are glad to offer for you,and no MOQ require.
Q4. How to proceed an order for Solar/led street light? A:First, please let us know your requirements or applications. Next, we quote according to your requirements or by our suggestions. Then, the customer confirms the first sample and arranges a deposit for the formal order. Finally, we arrange production. All these progresses are under your control.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on Solar/led light product? A: Of course, absolutely OK. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design according to our samples.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products? A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q7: How to do if any quality problems on our side in the warranty time? A: “Quality is our culture.” At first, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us.We will replace new ones for free.
